Dr. Elgez, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor, and co-founder of Adara Integrative Clinic. He graduated from the accredited Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with recognition and awards for academic excellence.

Operating a general family practice, Dr. Elgez focuses on the management of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular, diabetes, and digestive concerns - along with a strong interest in treating autism, anxiety, and depression.

My interest in naturopathic medicine stemmed from a life-long interest in medical sciences and philosophy, along with a deep desire to do something that would provide positive benefit to many people. In my private practice, I stay up-to-date on the newest scientific research of natural medicine and combine it with the healing philosophies of traditional healing practices, especially those of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)

It is this interest in Eastern medicine that led Dr. Elgez to do a clinical externship at the head W.H.O. hospital, in Vietnam, whose focus is on the merger of Western and Eastern medicine. He also delved deeper into the use of acupuncture for psycho-spiritual growth and therapy through the use of Esoteric Acupuncture.

Dr. Elgez has also collaborated with a holistic dentist, Dr. Michael Schecter, and holistic medical doctors who focus on the proper assessment and removal of heavy metals, especially mercury.

It is the joy of finding an answer and solution to the root cause of a person’s symptoms/illness that drives me to continue what I do – finding specific solutions that result in improving overall health and wellbeing.
